In general, bi-monthly service is adequate to protect homes without a current infestation from the pests covered in our Signature Service core package: ants, cockroaches, crickets, silverfish, and spiders. We use Integrated Pest Management techniques that continue working during the time we are away while minimizing risks to your family and pets.
Add-On Services
Beyond our core package, we offer a variety of add-on services to treat other types of pests. We offer a “desert pests” package that treats your home for bees, centipedes, scorpions, and wasps; a flea and tick package; and a “rodent” package for rats and mice. We also offer termite protection, weed solutions, and a wide range of other optional programs. Your tech will advise you on the types of pests that you currently have or are at higher risk for attracting, but whether to add on services is your choice. If you do choose these optional services, your tech will develop a plan of action that includes a recommended treatment frequency based on the results of the inspection.
Seasonal Protocols
Our Signature Service packages include seasonal protocols that help protect your home against the pests that are most common at different times of the year. These services are provided at no additional fee, but their scheduling could result in additional treatment visits during certain months. Your tech will provide all the information you need, including a detailed schedule for your seasonal protocols.
Warranty Protection
We stand behind our work with a warranty that provides no-charge retreatment for covered pests. If you discover new activity from a pest for which your home is currently being treated, simply give us a call and we will schedule a time to come out and retreat your home at no additional charge. Our pest management strategies work well, and we do not anticipate the need to retreat. Should this situation occur, however, we will need to make an extra treatment visit to your home.
Special Considerations
Pests are, by their nature, unpredictable. While we use the latest in detection and forecasting methods, it is always possible that a new pest infestation could occur. Should you detect any signs of new activity, call us immediately for an assessment. Depending on the circumstances, you might need a one-time treatment or a new ongoing protocol. Your tech will discuss the results of the assessment with you and develop a plan for best managing your new pest infestation.
How often to treat your home for pests is a complicated decision based on a wide range of individual factors.
