BUILDING INSPECTION
Every package begins with a thorough inspection and evaluation of the home or building to be treated. We look for not only signs of current infestation, but also conditions that could contribute to a future infestation. At that time, we evaluate the situation to determine the best course of treatment. Depending on the specific pests and the nature of the infestation or conditions, we recommend a variety of different treatment protocols. Liquid materials, dry compounds, granules, traps, and baits are among the materials that might be used.
The safety of your family, including your children and pets, is of primary concern. We will provide specific written details on exactly what treatment methods we plan to use and any relevant safety instructions such as avoiding a particular open area until the applied product dries. In most cases, we do not place materials on surfaces that are accessible to pets or small children. If you have chemical sensitivities or allergies, do not hesitate to speak up. All of our employees have access to MSD Sheets (Material Data Sheets) for every product we use and are happy to discuss your concerns.
We will also discuss the particulars of treatment such as dates and times, and provide written warranty information. We do not begin treatment until you are entirely satisfied with our proposal.
PEST MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
Our residential Core package prevents and controls those pests that are most commonly found in our southwest desert and mountain environments. These home invaders include ants, cockroaches, crickets, spiders, and silverfish, among others. We also offer an eco-friendly package that focuses on products carefully selected to be extra-friendly to your family and home.
Beyond the Core package, we offer additional levels of coverage. Your inspector will recommend the add-ons that appear to best meet your individual needs, but whether or not to add them is entirely up to you. These packages include desert pests (kissing bugs, bees, and wasps), rodents (pack rats and mice, including nest removal), termite protection, weed elimination, an eco package (featuring environmentally friendly products), and programs that address problems with turf and ornamental shrubs in your yard. SEASONAL PROTOCOLS
Included with your Core package, our Seasonal Protocols are carefully designed to prevent the problems brought on by seasonal changes. We accomplish this by identifying and treating seasonal pest infestations before they happen.
These no-cost additional service protocols add value to our services by warding off the most common seasonal difficulties. You will receive a schedule for your Seasonal Protocols at our initial inspection. Although you may change the date of a visit if needed, remember that these services need to be completed within the designated service periods to achieve their purpose.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
You are welcome to add extra service programs to your Core pest package at any time. These can include Termite protection, and weed solutions that can be rendered at the time of your scheduled pest visits, or a variety of services for your turf, tree, and shrub needs. Just let us know what your concerns are, and we will schedule an on-site consultation.
WARRANTY
Our services are fully warrantied between regular visits. If you should notice new activity from a covered pest, we will return and treat that activity at no additional charge until the problem is controlled to your satisfaction.
